    rear seat latch

Can anyone tell me or describe for me what kind of hasp they use to hold the bottom of the rear seat in on a 96 ps190. Bought the boat two years ago and someone made a new wood base and had it covered. There are two chrome hook type thingies mounted to the boat under the seat that I asume are for some type of latch to keep the seat in place. A pic would be great if any one can shoot me one, if not a good description will do.

so it looks to me as if you remove the seat base and bungie it to the top of the bolsters when skiing, correct? And nothing holds it in place when its down in the riding position.
