                At the beginning of this summer, in fact the OPENING slalom run of the summer, I broke my hip in a fall. The surgeon tells me my slalom days are over. SO, I'm going to get a purely wakeboard/surfing boat. The 209/X9 was a perfect combo of a relatively flat slalom wake and a pretty decent wakeboard/surfing wake. But since I won't be using the slalom anymore, I decided to go with a V drive.

                Yeah, I've always been a little anal about the boat, although I can't hold a candle to others I've seen on this site! They should be master detailers.
