  • Mastercraft Boat Tour on Monday

We'll I'm headed for a factory tour this Monday. Anyone got a boat being built? I can take some pics for you.

I'm getting pic's of Levi's boat while there, and will post on Monday night once I get back.

I'm also going to get some information on the new 2013 MC trailers while there.

we are having our new boat built and would love to have someone take pictures of it and it's progress. We wanted to take the tripe to the factory ourselves, but work schedule would not allow. I would love it if you have the opportunity to, take some pics of the new x-star. Our name is Husband and the boat is going to be a orange and silver boat. It has a orange bottom, silver sides, white top and all orange interior. If you got shots for us and posted them it would be like a super special christmas present. Thanks in advance, Shawn, aka 2goodboysdad.

I saw an odd ski boat on the lake pulling into the MC factory two weeks ago, it had no deck and a "placeholder" helm seat. It was kinda far away but it was definitely a new ski boat. Looks like it may be a little far off since there's no deck or anything on just the test hull. I tried to get a pic but they loaded it on a tailer super quick.

I got a lot of pics of your boat. It was sweet for sure. I will say it was the nicest looking one I seen there. It had just completed and passed it's on water test and getting ready for shipping. I'll post the pics tonight when I get in. I'll also upload to one my online accounts so you can print or do whatever you want with them. I got every angle you could get.

That is about the nicest thing a guy can do for a fellow MC owner! Thank you so so much for taking the time and going out of your way to help out. It is people like you who make this board such a great place to visit. I'm not sure how I can repay you the favor, but if you ever come out to is side of Canada there is an open invitation for a day on the water!

I can't wait to hear all about the tour too!

                            Tour of Mastercraft

Well the tour was very nice and if you are able you should take it. It's a one on one tour so if you see something that peaks your interest you you can ask any question or walk right up to anything. The neatest thing I seen was them putting the red flake on a boat hull. I will post pics of it tonight of it. The fiberglass part was the nasty part for sure. The final building only takes a day to go thru but that's where the actual boat looks like a boat.

The motors look like a beast in the crate. It was like being in a Harley store. You could tell most of the employees were big boaters and loved Mastercraft's. Most had on Mastercraft shirts while working on the line.

Here are things I didn't realize, all boats are water tested on the lake. There are a lot of boats in there too. I was expecting 20 or so boats but there was a lot more than 20 boats. They will explain the difference in a Mastercraft versus another brand boat too. They will show you things that they do that others don't do.

You should be proud of your Mastercraft no matter what model you have!

I also got some pics of the NEW X10. Which is a smaller version of the X30. It supposed to be releassed in Jan 2013.
