  • X-star rear sacs

After measuring the space in my rear lockers I will be buying new sacs from Wakemakers that are made just for the X-star. I was using a 750# sac for surfing in the port side, but that will not work on the starboard side at all because of my heater. The 750# sac is 50" long, but the space is only 40" before it touches the heater. Actually the space on the port side is only 44" long so I doubt the 750 sac was totally full anyway.

I'll post some pics after I install the X-star sacs (might be a couple weeks until I'm in the water at this point) Stay tuned.
    I was njskier on here.

Just got off the phone with Bryan @ Wakemakers to order my X-star sacs. Great guy, can't wait to try out the extra 640 lbs. in my lockers!

    1440 lbs. rear
    1250 lbs. front
The wake should be sweet....I'll post some pics later.

i would move the heater that's what i did its actually under the dash now and went to smaller unit and moved the batteries they are on separate sides of the boat now i ran a 750 plus a 500 under seats not alot of difference it helped but the wave wasn't super great running the 1,450 ezno sacs this year will see how it does hope to get out in the next few weeks

How easy was it to reloacate the heater? Did you have to extend any hoses or wires?

Yes sir. Bryan @ Wakemakers said they will fit perfectly.
I could have saved about $200 total if I went with the 750's but even if I moved the heater my lockers are only 44" long and the 750's are 50" long. 750's work great in the X-1 hull but not in an '05 X-star.
