  • 2004 x2 Reat seat over cooler

I am currently looking at a boat and it is missing the seat over the cooler. How hard is this going to be to find I found the thread about Jim the upholstery guy didn't want to call this late.
I will post a picture when I get my e-mail working.

Shouldn't be too bad. I could make you a template if you need one. Should cost $200-$300 to have one made.

Cool deal. Is this a problem that you have with your boat also?

The expensive option is to just call a Mastercraft dealer with your hull number and a picture of your interior. You'll get a new one in 8 weeks from the factory. Won't be cheap. I guess $400+.

Not sure what you mean by "seat over the cooler." My 05 has no cooler.

Ah, THAT part. I've never thot of that storage compartment being a cooler . . . but I guess you could put one in there.

The black piece in the middle is insulated. I guess it's supposed to be a cooler, but the engine heats it up and melts the ice really quickly

I think they can only go back 6 or 7 years on vinyl. I tried to get a bow filler cushion from the factory a couple of years ago and couldn't get one.

I'm pretty sure that insulation is for noise or heat suppression.

Perhaps. The bow filler I had made was for an '08.

Did not even get the boat was not worth the money he wanted imo. So back on the hunt.
