2015 Prostar Starter Motor, Ilmor substitute?

Starter is going out and looking for a replacement starter, preferably not from Ilmor. They want $331. Anyone know of any replacement options? 5.7L Engine.

Yes, the gauge is analog. This is probably a sensor reading going through the ECM. Not sure where the sensor would be though.

Installing a Heater

At the bulkhead of the cockpit I have 2 screws that look like I should be able to remove them and the carpeted covering should come up giving me access to the subhull to run my hotwater heater hose...
