Exclamation 2001 X9 Zero Flex Tower issue

The 2 front tower connections to the boat are starting to get loose.
the hex bolt on the top just spins without tightening.
I cannot figure out how to get underneath to the hold back up on the nut.
Do i need to take stuff apart to get to the nut to get them tight?
Please help. Thanks.

The 2 forward mounting points should be fairly accessible:
1) Flip up the passenger seat and crawl under the front storage area. While laying on your back you should be able to reach the nut easily up and off to your right.

2) For the driver side one you may need to remove the kick panel at the drivers feet but that is only 3 screws typically. Remove those and you should be able to lay on your back and reach up to the hold the nut.
