if it is just the lens on the outside can you just use weldon #3 ? you can put the very watery stuff in the crack and hold it till it melts together... if it doesn't work you aren't out anything.

Ended up picking up a light off ebay for $200 which is alot better than what the dealer wanted to charge me.
