He is being 'accused' of some level of sexual misconduct.. I was going to post an opinion piece I read yesterday but it was removed because it ended up being another "guilty until proven innocent", which is not our justice system. We'll need to let due process happen and see where it goes.

He was accused of some very nasty things and as a result Safesport suspended him for 90 days. That suspension ended at the end of July.
The summary of the Safesport report has been put out by a reporter looking into the whole mess.
The report found that he:
1)he was messaging an underage athlete at night for the purposes of grooming and had sexual contact with her
2)had intercourse with another underage girl in Australia and Florida
3)threatened to kill his adult girlfriend attempted to smother her with a pillow in Vail
4)threatened to kill then assaulted his adult girlfriend causing a black eye and possible chipped orbital bone in Australia
You can find the report summary if you look around the web....not a good situation.
