JL Audio MVI DSP Amplifiers? Should Klipsch be nervous?

Anyone know how long (yrs) the audio agreement contract is between MC and Klipsch audio?

With the wave of unimpressed and upgrade frustrated Klipsch audio boat owners, I was just wondering if MC might move back towards JL Audio one day especially since the release of their marine MVI Amplifiers with built in DSP processing?

Sounds like a MVI JL amp with DSP can also output a DSP tuned audio signal to another amplifier which doesn't need to have a DSP processor nor even be a JL amp. Sounds like you could have the benefits of a DSP system yet be easily upgraded by the boat owner like back in the old days.

With its Media Master controller JL could offer MC a complete audio package from speakers to amps to head units correct?

I believe it’s a 5yr contract. I know MC loves exclusivity, but this could be for the worst.

It took time and a lot of money for me to be happy with klipsch. And that’s because I’m not using any klipsch except in boats and the factory sub is still plugged in although not audible.
