Good Morning!

Headed to Lake Anna next week. Was wondering if any locals know if any of the shops rent/demo equipment. Looking to try one of these wake foil boards out, if available. Thanks!

Paul

We are looking at property or a house down at Lake Anna. We are only familiar with the public side. Can anyone share some insight on depths, is it crowded, gas availablity? We will be on a X24 and more interested in wakeboarding and surfing. We know around August the public side is more desirable. Thanks in advance!

Boating App

Recommend you get the following app: https://www.navionics.com/usa/apps/navionics-boating
I live on the public side and have found this to be very helpful while learning the lake. Lake Anna is great!

We have that app but does not show a thing for the private side😡 We know the public side very well already.

We have a lot and covered slip on the private side. Deep water everywhere, much less crowded, but no gas anywhere. With a X24 that is going to be a lot of gas toting! We enjoy the warmer water most of the year, but can get a little miserable at times. The warmer water in spring/fall outweighs those couple times in the summer for us. It was a little more crowded this year, but I am guessing that was the case everywhere.
