2009 X-45 wonít start

Both batteries fully charged. (Gauges and lights come on) pumps and blowers come on. Just wonít turn over. Not even a click. Checked breakers. Nothing tripped.

So where to start? I canít even find the starter or the solenoid. Maybe a bad kill switch? Not even sure how to bypass it.

Thoughts?

Does it crank and not start? Or no crank at all?

This happened to our '09 X-45 years ago and it was the starter solenoid that was bad

This is a dumb one but has screwed me on multiple occasions, boat is in neutral?

If it cranks over and over again but won't run, shove a dime in the kill switch..

Won’t turn over at all. No click or nothing.

WakePowell, did you change the starter solenoid out yourself? I can find where the starter is on the L6

Fixed it! 20amp fuse in a box between the transmission and motor. It was labeled “starter” pulled it out and was obviously blown. Was some spares in the fuse box.

Had my daughter bump the key and I could hear a click ever so lightly inside the box.
