2006 X 30 mounting bolts stripped

Transmission is "jumping" going into gear. Discovered transmission mounting bolts "stripped" and not holding transmission firmly in place. My fix idea-- resin in the mounting holes and then new lag screws to replace the bolt and collar that must be in the factory mount. Any suggestions?

Here is a thread on transmission mount bolts. I’m trying to find out how deep in the fiberglass stringer is the metal plate. I bought a 3/8” - 24 tap today and will try to retap the current holes. If that does not work then I will drill them out and go to a 7/16 - 20 bolt. Wondering if there anyone knows the torque spec for the mount bolts?

So the 3/8 retap did not work. I drilled out the holes with 25/64 bit and retapped to a 7/16 - 20 bolt on both side of the transmission mounts (bolt closest to engine). Front bolts are ok. Still not sure what the torque is so went hand tight with little extra tap so maybe 30 - 40 lbs.

Resin and lag screws you say?

What's the hull number on the boat?
