Thanks everyone. I’m really happy with the outcome. I stopped counting but I think the total cost was close to 15k. I originally budgeted 10 but ended up having to replace a lot more parts. I did the following:
- wet-sand and polish
- a deep cleaning
- new long block (not rebuilt)
- new manifolds, stainless risers, and stainless steel silences instead of the mufflers. This was a big cost but I wanted a dry joint exhaust
- new alternator, starter, raw water pump, circulating water pump, sea strainer, motor mounts
- new transmission
- used all arp stainless steel bolts with antiseize on them
- new throttle body
- deep cleaning and repainting of the intake manifold, heat exchanger, engine brackets, bell housing
- new damper plate
- every part of the engine received a thick coating of heavy duty CRC
- repainted platform brackets
- cleaned and repainted the ECU
- brand new dash and gauges
- replaced the MMDC with a used one from eBay
- new stereo. New jl speakers with sports grilles and new fusion head unit
- gator step
- billet throttle
- new steering cable
- probably some more things that I am forgetting

Replaced the bulge cover with the style used in newer Mastercraft sand added Gatorstep to it. Replaced the clarion head unit with a fusion one. Also added fusion remotes next to driver and at transom.

Can you post the pics of Fusion remotes ? I'm thinking of replacing the Clarion head unit, but the remotes are sth that keeps me from doing this.

The bilge cover is here at this link:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/TH-Marine-6...e/382744166706

Attached is a photo of the driver remote. I forgot to take one of the transom remote but its simple (comes in white or black) is wireless and just sticks on.

Also ended up redoing the exhaust as it wasnt fitting right before. I had used some 45 degree fiberglass elbows which I replaced for stainless steel 60s. No it all fits perfectly.

Lastly, I went to change out the fuel pump as it was acting out and the module itself was super corroded. There is even rust sitting at the bottom of the tank. I bit the bullet and just ordered a new Millenium module.

Thanks! I did some searching last week and ended up ordering one to replace my P. I. T. A. Screw cover as well. Great simple upgrade.
