Anyone changed out their dual battery switch?

Has anyone replaced their dual battery switch? Dealer tells me it's pretty difficult and takes hours. I havent dug into it much yet but cant imagine it be that difficult

There is a recent thread here on this very topic.

Dealer (once again) is joshing you bad unless you can't turn a wrench.

It's simple.

Find the thread I posted recently about how to do it. Others in that thread also contributed useful and easy DIY info.

Forty-five minutes tops....

I've swapped several, thus the basis of my $0.02.

I also got a code this weekend I could not reach target tps while surfing. My batteries have been acting up because of this switch I think. Could the tps from this switch and bad connection?

Complete BS. If you can turn a wrench you can change that switch.

Yes, it's not bad. I ran into a problem where the plastic separator tabs were bigger than the original part and the battery cables wouldn't install. I had to cut them back. Took me about a half hour including the cutting time, which would have been easier if I had done it outside of the boat. Check your replacement part before you bolt it in. It will be easier to cut with it out.
