Just about to fit the 710’s into rear lockers NXT22
Has anyone not fitted the divider panel savers with the larger bags and haven’t had an issue?

Ordered the 710’s , braces and fittings on Black Friday deal , at times we only have 2 in the boat and one surfing . Keeping the 400’s to throw up front if I need them .

Maybe I should have bought the divider supports also
How do you plan to fill the 400’s?

You need the panel savers! The stock bags you almost need them. I have them, also always check to make sure the panels are inserted correctly and locked in before filling. Trust me!

              Tookey,

What did you find to be the best tab settings with the extra weight? Still struggling with consistency on regular/port side. I have 710s and 300 lbs. of lead under rear seats.

Put that 300 lbd mid ship and add about 300 more if you have a small crew. Goofy side set up is 65 to 75% left tab and about 25-30% center tab. I have found with me being a big guy this has the most push from way back in the curl to the back of the boat. The wife is the only one that rides that other side. Lol surf left I usually just set it at 90% right tab and 5-10% center tab.

Use the center tab to get the swim deck just out of the water. Some people think it subtracts ballast, it just moves the weight a little more forward.

Wakemakers has some pics now of the engine divider braces. Just received mine in .
Too bad the boat is in storage, going to have to be Spring project.

One of the most popular WakeMAKERS products for several years now, our exclusive Engine Divider Panel Savers are a robust, easy to install solution to reinforce your engine divider panels. Add additional ballast to your rear lockers to achieve that great wake and don't worry about bowing of the engine divider panels du

                              Surf Setup for NXT22?

So being fortunate to be in Aus and in our summer, and buying the 710’s from wakemakers on their Black Friday sale in time for boating season, I can say it’s made a huge difference to the surf wave
So my ballast set up is std plus surf ballast front and 710’s rear plus some lead bags mid way, about 100kgs total, plan to add more
                              Surf left side mainly
                              RH side tab 85
                              Ctr tab 15
                              LH tab 10
                              5-6 peeps
Was able to surf at least 2mtrs further back than when had the 400’s rear, I reckon surfing about 5mtrs back
                              Board Slingshot butter bar
So Happy I made the switch to the bigger bags and will continue to play with settings to see if I can get it any better
I’m running ACME 2241 and prefer to not change prop with lesser pitch
                              Cheers
