Mounting new head unit

Changed out my head unit on my '06 X Star. Went with a Kenwood, like my previous boats, and installed the double remotes. The only problem is my Clarion factory single din head unit hole is too big for the single din Kenwood. Anyone run into this issue and found a kit that makes this issue easy to deal with? I looked through the threads and couldn't find any info on this. Any help is appreciated!

Fusion sells an adapter Plate for their head unit, available from fusion dealer:

https://www.fusionentertainment.com/...ries/ms-cladap

There are details of the specifications on that page. Check it out, maybe it’ll fit your deck. I used one to install a Fusion head unit in place of the original deck in my 2006 X1.
