Whats up with the inserts on the tower?

I would love to know that location. Look at the 4th pic---looks like they have their own little cove off of the lake. That would be great.

Both true statements, and thanks for the positive feedback. Redline Watersports in Madison, WI. As for the bow filler cushion, it doesn't have one. I'll check on Monday to see if we can get one, which my GM said we more than likely can. This X-Star is in great condition and our used boat inspection came back flawless on it.

Pretty good with 750 in rear locker surf side and all factory full. People even front and back. Tall decent push but short.

Exactly, you can surf an X-Star. It takes some working with weighting, but you can certainly do it.

Just don't let everyone sit in back.

Also if you add one if the fake gates you can really lengthen the wake.

Can someone link we up to the fake gate that works well for this hull? I had a 2004 but sold it and am now considering another BUT all I do is surf... Or even if someone has used plates and has pictures of wake size and location that would be great...

If I could get that info I would consider buying this boat! Wife loves blue...
