Yes, it's missing the cowling in that pic. Should look like this.

Yes it is missing the cowling in the pictures. Pictures were taken during service, so you'll notice that is missing the shock absorbers and cupholders, it has all of them. Tech was wrapping up doing a full service on her when the pictures were taken.
