It's been almost 10 years since this boat made its debut, and the buzz at that time was pretty hot. I guess there isn't much market for it these days.

I had a request for some pics of the running surface and wake plate, so I added them to the Flickr stream and figured I'd share here too just in case. She was just returned to me from winter (indoor) storage, so forgive me for posting before I had a chance to give her a proper bath. This is as dirty as it gets for this vessel.

AWS just dropped her off today for the season, so I was able to take a couple quick pics (before spring detailing). See, I told you it had an Ilmor engine.






The MV8 was an optional upgrade over the MCX for 2011, definitely worth it in my opinion. This thing has been GREAT for pulling power. No trouble at all, even with the big guys on a tournament slalom ski.
