Like one of the boats listed above, it looks like the CF is missing from the reg numbers. A quick search shows Sea Lion trailers are made in NJ. I'd wonder how a NJ saltwater trailer found itself under a boat for sale in CA. Plus, something about the background scenery in the photos doesn't look like CA Delta. The 3rd photo looks far too tidal. At a minimum, that would suggest the boat is sitting in salt water, but I still don't think the boat's a CA boat. The ad suggests the boat is in Davis, CA or the Delta area. Offer to drive up to inspect. My guess is you won't get a reply.

First picture also shows bottom paint, which again suggests salt water.
