I've seen plenty of descriptive ads with one picture that are scams. Most of the time they just copy and paste from an old listing.

That one is a scam. The real one is for sale for $35,000 in Salt Lake City area. I emailed with the actual owener and he had it for sale on Ebay back in the fall.

Then all the scam posts showed up for $10k. He just recently relisted again on ebay, here's the link
