Too good not to bring up a few points...
2 seasons of use in the last 10 years?
    New interior after 100 hours?
    No speakers in tower cans?
    New seadeck swim platform?
California reg numbers on southeast location member?
    ... repo boat, right?
    $70k asking price?!?!

Agreed - $70K is above the top end for a 2007.

Also, agree on your other points. Unless this boat was left outside either uncovered or the cover never removed and mold built up to where the interior had to be replaced.

Man this is what 2011s are selling for.... That's a pretty high price.

$69.5k for a CF repo? There better be $30k cash under one of those seats.

I truly appreciate all the kind comments. And no the boat is not a repo. Purchased it out of CA and the original hull letters are painted on. Interoir, hull, and swimdeck had some imperfections so I fixed. Pulled decals to buff the hull and liked it without them. I also pulled the old tower JL's to upgrade them but didn't have the new ones for the pic.

I am flexible on price and welcome comments from any "interested buyers".

This all make sense to me. However, it's still over priced compared to others on the market. But it does have the L-18 which is a great motor this boat.

Good Luck. I'm sure it will sell soon.

I sold my 2011 X-45 that had the 6.0L for $67k about 2 months ago. Not trying to sound like a jerk, just giving you a market comp.

Good looking boat. I like the look with no decals.

I would agree on pricing on this boat. It's above market value, even with the new interior and such. There's a fair number of the 45's for sale in this age bracket for far less. Some view the 8.1 as a hindrance, I thought it was a great motor.

Just to give you an idea, last year my 2006 x45 (so same ages at sale), 8.1, all options, low hours, LED and UW Lights, heater, teak, etc. went for $47,500.00. No trailer mind you but that's a few grand tops.

Anyways, it's your sale so your pricing. My guess is this boat sells around $50k, maybe 55. GLWS either way, good looking boat.

I'm ski/wakeboard boatless. Still have my houseboat and center console aluminum fishing boat. My kids are freaking out that we don't have a boat and summer is coming up. I took a hard look at the X-23's but am waiting for the anniversary edition.
