Just get rid of it and replace with analog gauges. The MDC will fail again.

Bruce, I don't know the reason for the price hike. All I can tell you is when I sell through my current inventory of the 1600 MDC boxes, they will be going up to that price as well.

My gauges have been on their way out. Fuel (may be sender) Now oil pressure and coolant voltage and RPM a few weeks ago (not recently). Perfect pass still gives off RPM and voltage and speed. I opened up the MDC as someone else suggested and didn’t look too bad. There’s a silica pack bonded with some tacking compound adhesive and throughout the MDC on the circuit board. I only heated on the edges so I know it’s not from heating. But it still looks sloppy. Looks like they used it to secure the board and a wire. Anyone else vouch for how the MDC looks on the inside?
