I've got a 1996 prostar 205 that is in need of a new trailer.
The current trailer is a galvanized steel model that had the brakes removed by the prior owner. It is also rusting around the bunk mounts and one of the guide poles. There are other issues as well such as lacking a swing-away tongue, proper tires, and wiring issues. I had plans to restore this trailer, but am wanting to first check to see if I can get a used trailer for a decent price and avoid the time & expense of restoring.
Would a 197 trailer fit this boat? I'm hoping to expand my search criteria so any other model options would help.
