last one is an mefi 2 - but works in 94 TBI with small change in connection to fuel relay I believe. Why do you think yours is bad?

MEFI 1 very hard to find.
check with indmar.

You can go one generation newer in that boat. My ECM went out, and they replaced it with a MEFI II ECM since the MEFI I were un-available. Plug in compatible, I'm pretty sure Indmar sold the local dealer the part. Indmar is located here in Memphis area.

Since they don't make ours anymore there were options with a newer one, that required some modifications.

750 - 1500 is the going price.. especially this time of year. BTW rockauto has your fuel pump for $35 if you want to have a spare -

no problem - 90% discount from marine store - just test it before you put it away for safe keeping. my first one did not spin up... you'll know right away if it works...
