I have an over the tower cover I could trade if that is of interest.
I am sure disappointed in the xstar covers. Initially bought the over tower and it ripped off 10 miles down the road. I got the under cover as replacement and its no better. Cover for my x25 was so secure, solid etc it was awesome.

Not going to lie, it took me a few tries to even figure out where the cover was supposed to go…like how far down.
I think the crux of the problem is that it relies on going below a pretty minor body line at the back corners instead of the rub rail. It easily pulls above that body line and then the whole cover is loose.
I have a quote from Evolution covers- but I need to get my boat to him…and it’s a 5 hour drive.

Yeah, was on the lookout for an under tower cover for my 2018 xstar as well after not being able to trailer with the over tower cover & the vertical board racks prevent the over tower cover from fitting properly.
Strangely enough, an X23 under tower cover came up on Marketplace for a steal of a price. So I gambled and it works decently enough, although I don’t think I would trailer with this one either. It covers everything but the xstar stern seat - all ratchets, clips & velcros attach securely. So an X23 under tower mooring cover may be an option should one become available. I haven’t checked if all cleat & fuel filler openings line up but that is not a deal breaker for me.
