    Nettles or Wakemakers have been my go to for best prices. Acme or OJ props available.

      Some states do this differently, as do some lakes, some HOAs, and different brands, but in general yes hull length should be from the bow of the boat to the end of the molded hull inclusive of molded in swim platforms - but that is not always specifically the case.
