Dumb Question- Parts Stores

Hey guys, forgive the ignorance, but can you go to oreilys/auto zone/etc and just tell them you are needing a specific part for an indmar MCX 5.7? Or do you have to find boat engine parts primarily online.. I wasn’t sure if they would have that information in the system.

Yes and no. Your McX is just a gm 350 engine. However there are a few parts that are marine specific.

The parts stores will not know what an indmar mcx is.
