I recieved a pm from new member "Moetzmoet" regarding a jump seat I am looking to buy that was listed in the want to buy section. He referred to his "friend " ([email protected]) that had one available for sale. After payment was made no further contact from seller. I hate scum like this. Wish there was a way to give him a good beatdown.

Never do wire transfers or paypal friends and family unless you absolutely trust the person. Paypal goods and service only.
Any chance you paid by credit card? You can always try a chargeback. -
Well, since u/Moetzmoet put in contact with him, hopefully he knows the guy and help get this straightened out.
Keep us posted on the outcome.
But honestly, Moetzmoet joined on the 1st of June, made 3 post and hasn't been back since the 2nd of June it's more than likely he himself is the scammer.-Tim

Well a quick google of the email address shows the guy to be a scammer.
