    I have had mine fill with water a couple times, a heavy overnight rain while sitting outside with a worn-out cover. Can't remember if there is a drain in it or not. Now I use a few 1 gallon zip lock bags to keep the stuff in. there is a gasket, but, like the cover it was not doing its job. Last time it sat out in the rain with a (new) cover on everything was dry inside the boat.
