Brian--She starts on her stomach and than climbs up to her knees (deepwater start). To get onto her feet she transitions from to knees to one foot on the board and one knee. Then she lets go of the rope with the hand opposite of the foot she already has on the board. Next, she applies equal pressure with her foot and hand to balance the board and transitions from the knee to having both feet on the boar and one hand. Last she slowly stands up.
She is so light it's easy for her. I've tried a few times and just eat it.
