I have an issue with my cruise control on my 2012 X15 coming on by itself without it being set. My dealer is saying they will need to take the screen out and ship it to Mastercraft to be updated? Has anyone heard of this? I thought the dealers had equipment to update the screen software?

The screen is (user) updateble through USB, check what Version software you got in the system or settings menu and let me know.
If you are out of luck the screen will need replacement (3k$ iirc), the touch part of the screen is a film bonded to the front and that film sometimes delaminates.If You Find Too Many Capitals You Can Keep Them...I'm German
