Let me get your opinion the first 2 weeks he kept saying he's really busy. OK fine. Then he said he shipped it I keep asking for tracking number never replied. 2 weeks later I contacted attorney generals office. Then he texted me said that fed ex shipped it back and he will ship it last monday. Still no response from him.2001 X-StarComment

He is on bull$#it. I use the sane exact excuse in my business when I have to pay a bill late. Oh the payment got sent back, oh wrong zip code etc etc. I'll send it back out Monday. Yeah, more like Friday.
Difference is I doubt you will get your tower and just more and more bs. Call your local PD and they will help you.

He might be a broke a$$ and spent your shipping money and the PD might get him to pony up on your shipping instead of his cigs and beer for the week.
Unless it was an outright scam. And he owned no tower ever he could be convicted of theft by deception.
