Mastercraft CSX265 Vdig button sticking

Any Mastercraft dealers on here want to help a brother out...
No Mastercraft dealers in my area seem to want to call me back on this.
I've pulled the face plate off and looked at the buttons. All look ok, but the MENU button will not function, the arrows are ok.
2010 Mastercraft CSX 265
twin 6.0

Did you get any help with this? I'm experiencing similar issue with menu select and down arrow not functioning.

Hi.

Well yes. I figured it out. I had to replace the whole vdig screen, which comes with new buttons.
I fixed the old one and now have a spare. The new part was very expensive.

How did you fix the old buttons?

I'm assuming for removal you just undid the allen bolts on the front of the dash?

The best way to fix is to call medallion. You can order a new "push button pad"

Well I am striking out with Medallion. Seems the new person is Tracy Watson and she talked to Scott and he says they don't sell any parts. How did you fix your original screen? I have removed my switch PC board and tried alcohol on the left arrow just to try cleaning. No luck. Any help appreciated.
