Damn browser kicked me out of the forum after I typed a novel on the first run of my NXT. Went with my buddy Jared who's a certified MC tech. 75 air temp. Water stack of dimes cold. Takeaways (understanding I'm coming from an 02 Maristar 230 VRS and have never set foot on an X-Star): (1) Unbelievable response and torque from the base Ilmor. I could not have imagined the strength of the motor; (2) Surf wave absolutely exceeded expectations. Adjustable and clean. My buddy who has a surf only set-up on his Malibu was thrilled with it; (3) Finish on the boat is exceptional. It's solid and a very very big 22 footer. On the water it is nimble even weighted down; (4) I will need to work on the wake for boarding. I didn't have time to tune it much, but it looks good. Definitely not a pro wake but I'm 42 so F-it. Have to say overall, the boat exceeded all expectations. I don't know how productive I'm going to be at work this Summer. Hope you all have a great season. I will. (Also, sorry for lousy pictures. They were not a priority yesterday).

Correct. I opted out of the trailer and ordered a Boatmate trailer. They have several wheel options. I think the sound is comparable but have not had a chance to really spend time with it.
You do have some tuning options like a generic vehicle deck would. No, you cannot control tower volume separate from the cabin. I don't see that being a problem for me but I do see why many people will want a full aftermarket system.
Thanks for the kind comments. I can't wait for summer.
