Mastercraft X-2 Discontinued?

Looking at the 2016 lineup, I no longer see the X-2. This is my boat and I love it. Does anyone know if it's been removed from the lineup permanently?

Don't hold me to it, but I think they replaced it with the NXT.

Pretty sure it was replaced by the x20 and 20 nxt. Also x25 by x23 and 22 nxt

I would imagine that it's getting a refreshing. They won't get rid of a boat that popular.

It would be really sad if they discontinued the X2. The NXT misses out on so many of the nicer finishings. There are more X2s on my lake than any other model. It would really be a shame if it's gone. At least mine's the newest version so I'll get to enjoy it for many years to come.

I agree, the X2 is a great boat and it is a shame they have removed it from the line-up. Not surprising though as they already have two other 20 foot boats.

If I had a say in the MasterCraft line-up I would keep the X-2 as its garage friendly X-series 20 foot boat. I would then make the X-20 into a 21 foot boat --->X-21. The X-20 will not fit in most garages so they may as well make it 21 feet long. I think that extra foot would be appealing to a lot of folks.

I like that 21' idea I don't like the feel room wise in a 20. I don't really need a 23.

^^^ I don't see what the point would be. They have 2 20' models already.
There are quite a few X2's for Sale if you really need one.

Lots of lakes have 20 foot restrictions. Not everybody wants to surf. X2 was a good all around boat,Didn't do anything great but did a lot really well.
