What about 12 oz curls? I should add that to my list!

I have set some tough goals for next season. Minimum achieve 32 off full pass at regulation 34mph speed for my age. Yeah I am 40. To do this I believe I need to get sub 200lbs.

        How
Hit 190lbs (I have not weighted this since I was 16 years old)
Log in and use fitnesspal every day to control calories
        Quit drinking
Bump up to 6 days cross fitness from 5
        Get a new boat
Develop a new on the water training plan and stick to it during the season

I plan to get my CF L1 cert this fall and start coaching. So my fitness goal would be to help others reach their fitness goals!

Drop 23.5 lbs the right way ... too much yo-yo up and down for fun activities ... hitting the MTB hard right now but need to get back to some kind of 45-60 minute (6 times a week) of resistance and cardio ... going into 48 I need to get back to my best shape ... not in bad shape now but have definitely slowed down and it has begun to bug me .... a lot.
Ski in snow, ski in water, and always have fun!

              for 2016

besides maintaining what I have built up in 2015.

              Increase forearm strength
Increase lower leg strength to help riding on balls of feet.
Get to Florida to get some winter sets in
Do some winter sets if possible - locally
Go south for memorial day to spend a few days in a course in the early season..

and total deny I am 56 in January

lose 10-12 pounds -- means less beer - or more cardio....lol...
I'll go with everything Mike says except I need to deny that I'll be 62 in April. Same weight loss goal, but maybe a little less red meat would help, too.

I think your goals should be realistic Tex. You have to schedule a 6 month layup every year for a knee injury

Lose 15 lbs, byproduct will improve endurance for 50% longer ski runs.
I just decided I have to hit this goal before I'll buy a new ski.

Yep. Being on a boat without a couple beers - something totally wrong with that. :p

Ok. So funny story. Actually achieving some of my fitness goals.... The other day I looked in the mirror in the morning and got pissed/dejected. Thought I put some weight back on cause there was a new little roll there. Poked at it and noticed it was firm. Turns out it's an ab starting to show. Sit ups and etc are paying off... Been a while since I've seen an ab. LoL.

Don't get me wrong, I love to drink and I do it just as hard as I train

The problem with it is if I want to get to my goal weight there is no mathematical way I can get there if I consume alcohol like I was. Plus I am in India for a year and they don't have Makers Mark or boating here so it makes it easier.

How about buy the new ski, set it where you see it every day, tell yourself you can't ride it until you hit the goal. May be that you get to the goal really fast that way. That's how I'm sport'n my comp vest. New board shorts too! I already have my next size board shorts.
