The problem with it is if I want to get to my goal weight there is no mathematical way I can get there if I consume alcohol like I was. Plus I am in India for a year and they don't have Makers Mark or boating here so it makes it easier.
You can eat or drink whatever you want so long as you burn more. How you burn is relevant (ie energy source - fat or carbohydrate) but generally if you train in a way that burns more than you put in then you will end up losing weight (putting on muscle is seperate discussion in terms of weight hence the 'generally' statement). I can and do drink a heap of piss but so long as I'm training 'long' (low intensity and high volume) my weight drops. The distinction is most people wont put in the work to properly burn what they put in. You gotta suffer for your pleasure2013 X-25 SS (all black with 6.2) sold

Ok, I'll play. Weighed about 223+. Now I weigh in at 183. I've been holding pretty steady at 183 for a while - time to knock off a few more.I love to travel, but hate to arrive. ~~ A. Einstein
