    Wow. That is impressive. I seem to be only able to lose about 1 to 2 lbs max a week at the moment.

      Well done ... Currently in week 7 of P90x3 but still eating a bit like it may be the holidays.

      Doing some extra leg work and cardio for the slopes.

      I do think I see a small bump where my triceps are supposed to be ....

            Ok, I'm in. I'm looking to drop 30 lbs by boating season. I have eaten and drank way too much for the better part of 5 years. It's been a gradual decline, but it's time to get it back, especially with getting back into an X14. I plan on hitting the water much more this year.
            Prior boats - (3) X14's, (3) Prostars, and a Tristar.

                Entering phase 3 of P90x3 and prepping for a ski trip at the beginning of February ... on my way to the 200 lbs mark ... need to drop 10 more!

                    Trying to start work my way back into shape after the surgery. Just started T25 and running. I'm at my heaviest ever! Going to be a long rode back to sexy but I fully intend on skiing a full season this year!

                              Can't really tell you if it worked as I was going to another gym full time. I will said they were really hard workouts. The gym that offered it raised prices because it's a "fancy gym" so I quit going because $40 a week wasn't reasonable. My regular gym membership at the other gym I went to was $20 a month at the time.

                              I thought about buying the trx straps and doing it at home but I'm un motivated at home.

                                I was going to Anytime Fitness and the place was run incredibly badly, so I lost interest. I'd like a club that's closer to home and not expensive. If the county would yank their heads out of their butt and stop screwing with some friends of mine, their daughter could open her place. It's not far and I think it's pretty reasonable, so I could go and have her beat the crap out of me and then I leave. I have watched some of her workout videos and they look brutal. I have heard it's best to not eat before going to her place.
