I have splined hub on 2002 Prostar, correct?
If anyone sees a current ebay link , I'm interested in that Gussi that Waterlogged posted - looks great ! Very classy upgrade.
(unless my search skills are deficient -- I'm not seeing anything come up just now....)

The wheel is a Gussi Predator iirc. They are very hard to source with a splined hub it seems as I'm looking for one too.

Yeah mine is the splined shaft, One will turn up soon enough.

Should be splined. I would recommend you pull the wheel before you buy your new one mine was a royal PITA to get the wheel off ended up straddling the wheel backwards pushing with my thighs and smacking it with a sledgehammer on the loosened nut after using a heat gun.

Then you can verify the splines vs keyed aspect and also if you break anything order those parts up.

That is for a 3/4' tapered shaft and key.... not a splined shaft. Thank you though.

I just might if I cant find one. sucks though my helm in the boat is literally brand new.
