2000 Maristar with $$$ in parts and months of time

Figured I would post what I have done to this as it might give people ideas of what can be done.
Now I have a GSA system Black Anodized with Platform Brackets sitting in the garage as I cannot see how it's going to work due to transom design. So almost there with a boat that can surf.
Now about to pull the trigger on a 19 Star...

1. Trailer Wheel Bracket - To allow wheels to hit before bottom of trailer on steep inclines.
The white lights are Backup Lights

Samson Tower Install
Samson is amazing to work with, super high quality stuff, The tower was measure, measure, had to be super MCOCD to do it right.

Ballast Install

All Wavemakers, MC Relay Box(the right way), measure, drill a bunch of holes on he bottom/sides. Drain/Vent out of the side, Fill in the bottom, 3 pumps, one for KGB, 1 for each rear locker 720. Divider supports from wave makers

Replace Medallion Gauges

Replace Medallion MDC-1600 and Gauges with Faria, Thanks to the thread on TeamTalk

Stereo Install

Add a 3rd Battery, All new Wire. JL AMP's, Now has a Blower Motor across the AMP's to keep them cooler.

Can you post pictures of the GSA system and the problem with the transom? I've been thinking about trying this- the suction cup wake device works well, but I'm intrigued with tabs. Can you maybe explain what the issue is? Tabs too wide- not enough mounting surface to attach? Not enough space to mount the actuator?

Attempt at Wedge

So I wanted to build something that fit the contour of the hull, secured with Velcro, So success on that front, this is built out of a Foam Block, 8 layers of 8oz glass, then gelcoat, sanded.

Wave result, not great.

The GSA System is sitting in my garage, still sealed in the box. I used the templates off wave makers to see how I was going to get it to fit. I also have a roll of Seadeck brushed Tan I have sitting there.

Replace MAF-done

This boat doesn't have a MAF sensor, it has a MAP sensor unless it was modified. If it does have a MAF sensor, it should also have an IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor.
