              What a terrible experience this has been. Buying a brand new boat should be a happy time not stress that leads to regret. A month later and still no boat, just a bunch of excuses. I'm calling time on them and making the three hour drive to get it tomorrow, ready or not. It was supposed to be delivered to me but I have lost all confidence. Not happy with the new dealer at all, will likely change brands before repeating this mistake.

                      I'm in the Southeast, specifically Georgia but the boat is coming from a sister store in North Carolina. As part of the sale, I wanted docking lights and 2 more S85's added to the tower, so that's the holdup. I've heard everything from "we forgot to order the parts", "the parts are on backorder", "the parts are faulty", to "the wrong parts were shipped". This, combined with a number of other issues such as getting them to payoff my trade in a timely fashion has just created a negative experience.

                            I do wish that companies and people in general would just be straight up and say how things are, if what they say actually happened you would think they would be calling you with updates and expressing how much of an issue this is and look to compensate. I do know that at times $hit does just happen. I had this with a MB that I owned getting service but the dealer was honest and in communication the whole time so made it much easier.

                            Hang tight based on the pics the boat looks amazing and soon this will be in the rearview mirror.

                              Hope you are able to get the boat today. I know MC can be slow on some parts but your dealer should have communicated this and delivered the boat while you wait. Keep us updated.
