Going to work on draining my 5500 GDI tomorrow, so far found only found 3 bolts marked with yellow.
Also, rear ballast procedure seems pretty straight forward, but what about the center tank? Does anyone know which thru-hull ports are which? I assume you would pour antifreeze down the one that is the for the front tank. XT-22 with the 5500 GDI by the way. Thanks!

Here are the 4 plug locations for the 5500:
1. Under the engine attached to this drain hose


2. Starboard exhaust manifold



3. Port exhaust manifold


4. Front of oil/water cooler/transmission/heat exchanger. Not exactly sure what it is, but the photo was taken looking down from above the engine compartment on the starboard side.

Hi, I have a friend with an X22 who is looking to install underwater lights. I was wondering if someone who has the factory installed underwater LEDs could measure their location RE the bottom and sides of the hull so he could get them in the right location. thanks in advance.

Thanks Moose, we like it. Our last boat XT21 was same blue with silver flake and grey inside. I like the black better.

She is inline at the shop for some gelcoat work that the previous owner wanted to have done for us. Today is going to be warm but not sure about the water LOL.

Beauty in and out of the water. I notice our XT22 tilts pretty dramatically when surfing goofy. I’m sure a lot has to do with the prop rotation but it still feels odd from the driver’s seat.
