Yeah I hope they leave Action alone. I'd be hard pressed to see how there could be an up side to that one.

I have yet to see the "corporate" world take over a small or family run company and actually make it better.... in any capacity. Rooting for you guys, and no skin in the game personally, but I wouldn't be excited if the same happens to my dealer, even if I rarely use them.

When I dropped my boat off this week for winterizing, I got to talk with Jimmy about the changes. He happened to be in the service area and was just saying hello.

It sounded very positive for them right now so they can expand the building and have more and different types of boats to sell.

I hope Jimmy does stick around for several years.

TXMC will have a home on my son's bed in Wisconsin! Granted, the only experience I had with TXMC was at MasterBash this past summer. They gave away a ton of free merch.

I can’t even imagine a TXMC without Jimmy. Hope his departure is at least a ways further down the road.

Great group of guys at TXMC- I've known Todd / Jimmy for well over 30years- back when they sold Supra's in Pantego, TX- They will always have a great Customer following- and that shows at TXMC
If the Opportunity arrise's, to be able to retire early in life and enjoy your time- I'm all for it

But, Corp business always needs to be reminded of Family style involvement with there customers'
or things will fall apart- Like others- Time will Tell

Ive purchased 2 boats from MarineMax in Bagnall MO. Specifically from a guy named Chad Crouch who is one of my favorite people in boating. If they handled MC at that location I would have purchased my X23 from them.

Those that are in the area of TXMC might not have a lot of choice at the moment but I say give them a chance. I hope you have the same kind of experience I have had, which was terrific.

I know Penske still has interest in Ilmor - but I thought that group already got out of MC through the IPO.
