Agree with all the reasons you like the Ram over the Ford. A lot of them are the reason I ordered a 2022 3500 with the HO and Aisin. I know you mentioned your credit union doesn't do 3500's but if you can get a 3500 with the HO you wont regret it. Its not a race truck but hook up any load its it pulls like you wouldn't believe.

I finally remembered to take a pic of the new truck with the boat behind it this weekend. This is now my 3rd black truck in a row, I'm officially over trying to keep a black truck clean. I've never taken a truck through a car wash, it's hand wash only for me, so with this truck and my wife's black suv it's just got me beat down. But dang they look good when they're clean.

About 1 year and 22k miles later and the trans is done. 8 speed auto. And of course it's on national backorder.

Well suck, after 20 years of owning just two Avalanche's, I decided it was time to move on to something newer. Meet the 2021 Chevy Silverado RST with the 3.0 Liter I6 Duramax Engine... Not for everyone, but it screams Double D!! I might call her "Rado" but not sure yet..
