Wakesurfing fun???

If its boring youre not doing it right. Wakeboarding is boring if you ride in the middle of the wake and do nothing, same as surfing.

Just to chime in one more to time to try to change your mind- its easy to teach/learn. If you ever get out there with people that have never done anything behind a boat for they can learn it real quick and then everyone has a good time. Some don't like though and there are fair arguments to both sides. I think it was said above but- to each their own.

It doesn't. Like sex. Always a good thing to do and sometimes better than others. And you can never get enough.

And you might get injured, so a little protection is recommended. So many places we could go with this one. See the restraint that I am having today?? Impressive, don't ya think?

You can get hurt from surfing.... I knocked out my 2 front teeth surfing behind my boat and my buddy took 7 staples in the head from the board hitting him after he wrecked. Not sure I would call surfing boring IMO. There are many tricks you can learn regular and goofy to keep it fun. Remember any day on a boat is better than a day at the office.

I was out Sunday morning w/ my buddies and they made fun of me for putting a helmet on. On the 2nd run of the set the board hit my head (which was in the helmet) and suddenly they figured out why I wear it.

Surfing is fun, I'm not bored with it after 4 years. That said, long line slalom is still my passion and nothing will replace the feeling of being on a ski and whipping up butter.

I just started surfing last summer and I'm HOOKED!! I don't want to ski or wakeboard at all now! Could it get boring? Not if you're with the right people! We have way too much fun goofing off and doing crazy stuff for it to be boring!!

Just like any other sport or activity it only gets boring if you're in it just for yourself or take it too seriously. Surfing is relatively easy to do and quick to teach those with basic water sports skills or athletic ability.

What I like about surfing is that it's one of those activities that is actually better with a bunch of people in the boat. Nothing like getting together with family/friends and helping others do something new. Seeing someone get up, ride without the rope or hit a new trick for the first time is priceless and never gets old.

For us it's all about making memories on the water with family and friends.
