I use the Freeride exclusivly. It's very easy to ride, get up on, and edges rather well. Great in sub-prime conditions. Would not recommend for someone who runs the course. It's a fun ski that doesn't take much effort to ride.

I'm interested to see what you think. I've been looking at this ski and the Radar P6. Ever since I broke my ankle in 2013, I've struggled with my ski....I just don't have the strength I used to. Granted, it's also 14 years old. But the Freeride looks promising even for big guys.

I had the previous free ride - good stick - very stable ski - the new one way cool for recreational skiing..

Let me know what you think about it. I'm thinking about getting one to play with when the conditions aren't prime. It looks like it might be kinda fun to play around on. Not looking to run the course on it, I already have a ski for that.

I have skied the Connelly Outlaw for a couple of yrs.

It is a "shaped" ski with more width, but the performance was very good, and with less effort in the 30-34mph range.

I ski on a HO Freeride, the only ski I've owned. I love it on open water. So effortless, you can ski until the boat runs out of fuel. Very easy to deep water start and easy to survive all the wakeboard boat waves.

My sister just got a freeride. She says its very different then her traditional slalom ski but she likes the ability to ski at a much slower speed.
