2 Blown Tower Speakers

Noticed this weekend while out on the lake that the tower speakers sounded awful, upon closer inspection I found out why. (pictures below)

1) Should I only replace the broken 2 or replace all 4?
2) How do I find speakers that are the correct size and correct power for the amp?
3) How do I take the speakers out of the tower? I looked all over for some kind of screw and found nothing?

I appreciate any advice or input, I'm a complete novice at this and have no idea where to start.

Same exact thing happened to me last year on my '04 X-30. I only have 2 tower speakers but they both had blown...dry rotted and old. I recommend you remove one of them in there and shop for speakers to fit the cans. I had to use my grinder to open the size of the holes up a little to fit the unique/odd shaped SS cans.

...I'd recommend replacing all 4. Those babies sit up there and are in the elements most of the season. Its only a matter of time till the other two succumb to the elements too.

I can see the screws right behind the grill and it just pops off. If I remember correctly there's a notch at the bottom where you can wedge a small screw driver to pop the grill off. You want to keep the grill in good shape to reinstall after you replace the speaker. I believe they were 6.5" speakers in there. You can stick with the clarion if you want it all to work the same.

If it were me I'd upgrade to a Polk or Infinity speaker.

Last year I had to replace all speakers in my boat. Each one was in the same condition. just old and brittle

Should I just replace the 2 broken up top? Or all 4? Or the whole boat?

I'd replace all of them. I can't speak for the tower grill covers, but on the in boats they are twist lock. I bet the tower grills are the same way. I replaced the in boats in my 03 this past winter and this is what they looked like.
