We did find the bug in the updated DSP profile and were able to get it fixed right away. The software did have to go through full validation again by both Klipsch and Mastercraft, but this is done. The updated DSP profile has been released to the Mastercraft Dealer network last week (replacing the prior version). Contact your dealer to have your DSP updated to resolve the issue.

I have a 2019 Mastercraft NXT 20. If I turn the battery switch off, the Klipsch sound system loses the Zone Volume Settings. I need to go in system settings to turn volume up in each zone. If I leave battery switch on and just turn system off at the dash then the zoners keep their settings. Any ideas?
